The 8 week Mindfulness course focuses on stress reduction and increasing awareness on a physical, emotional and mental level. Good results are achieved through yoga combined with meditations aimed at increasing concentration and self-understanding, The employer, the employee or the Human Resource Manager can introduce themes that can be worked on individually or in groups.
