Mindfulness Workshops in Eemnes
During the year Hans Kloosterman gives a series of 3 Mindfulness workshops. Mindfulness is learning to be fully present in the moment, without judgment, disturbing emotions and thoughts. Mindfulness is the 7th step from the eightfold path to enlightenment of the Buddha. The Buddha lived around 450 years before Christ and studied how the suffering of people can be reduced and happiness can be increased.
Objective: to broaden awareness, increase self-awareness and, through transformation techniques, offer tools that increase self-steering capacity, reduce suffering and increase happiness. Self-awareness and happiness are strongly interconnected.
The workshops can be followed separately or in its totality.
The awareness process takes place in the order of: AWARENESS, ACCEPTANCE, TRANSFORMATION. The workshops are also given in this order. Each workshop is supplemented with Avatar material from our hostess Deirdre.
